Anticipating Needs. Solving Problems.
Meet Jill Berry
I'm an Executive Personal Assistant and trusted right-hand to CEOs, entrepreneurs, and UHNW clients, supporting complex professional and personal responsibilities.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with business leaders and their professional teams, taking ownership of the details that keep priorities moving forward. My experience spans executive operations, complex projects, domestic and international travel, executive and private events, and highly confidential matters.
My background includes long-term support to the CEO of a private foundation with a $5 million annual grantmaking program, assisting with the launch of an apparel startup, supporting a family-owned resort, coordinating charitable initiatives, and serving as a trusted liaison to attorneys, financial advisors, accountants, contractors, vendors, and other professional partners.
I have managed complex travel, including private aviation, detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, dining, and last-minute changes. I have also planned and coordinated more than 100 executive, private, charitable, and family events, including a 500-guest wedding weekend involving multiple events, vendors, timelines, and logistics.
I founded My Assistant Jill in 2007 after beginning my career as a corporate Executive Assistant. I hold a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Washington, with a strong foundation in communication, organization, business operations, and relationship management.
Based in Seattle, I provide remote Executive Personal Assistant support throughout the United States and travel when needed for meetings, events, and major projects. I bring a proactive, highly organized approach to every role, with the judgment and resourcefulness to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and follow through without constant direction.
